Come join us for KONA Days 2009. All KONA bicycles will be discounted 15-35% beginning Friday May 15th and continuing until Sunday May17th! The KONA rep will be on hand all three days to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a new Road, Mountain, Fixie or commuter come and see why KONA makes the perfect bikes for Missoula.
Free Bicycle Maintenance Clinics We will be offering free bicycle maintenance clinics every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm throughout the spring. Call or stop by the shop to sign up. Each class is limited to eight people. You do not need to bring your own bike.
NOW is the time for a Professional Bike Fit session. We have a new bike fit studio here at Missoula Bicycle Works. Our professional bike fitter has over twenty years of experience fitting people to their bikes. The athletes that have been fit through Missoula Bicycle Works include Road, MTB and IronMan(Woman) Champions. Some the country's top athletes have had their bikes fit to them here at Missoula Bicycle Works. We fit all types of riders - from those that hope to score their first National Championship to the folks that would like to ride a comfortable and strong century for the first time and folks that would like to eliminate the numbness and pain that discourages them from riding more than 15 miles at a stretch.
Congratulations to Ben Hoffman and Jen Luebke winners of the Grizzly Triathlon. Both produced outstanding performances to repeat as Griz Tri champions. Also many congratulations to everyone who competed and participated. As always there was terrific competition, several personal bests and many first time finishers all of whom make this a great event each year.
