We rent quality mountain bikes from Kona. Our standard rental is the Kona Blast and we have a wide range of sizes to fit a wide range of people. We rent the Blast for $25 a day or $18 for a half day. We also have weekly rates and group rates. We have a lot of bikes to rent but during the summer months demand for rentals is high so if you know when you will need to rent a bike give us a call and we can reserve a bike for you. If you have a group renting bikes we strongly recommend that you make a reservation with us to ensure that we have all of the bikes and the right sizes for your group.

Demos
Have you ridden a 29" wheeled bike yet? Are you thinking about getting one but are unsure of how they ride? We have a large fleet of 29'er hard tails and full suspension bikes for you to demo. Our demo fleet includes the R.I.P. 9 from Niner bikes which is a surprisingly great climbing bike and descends the roughest trails with seemingly limitless capability. All of this on a 4.5" travel platform. For 2010, the always popular KONA HeiHei gets 4" of front and rear travel. The passion for riding that the folks at KONA have is clearly reflected in this light-weight all mountain 29'er. KONA bikes have their geometry dialed, and you will be amazed at the agility and plushness you will find on this remarkable bike. Are you thinking hardtail? The KONA King Kahuna 29'er is a spry light-weight mountain goat that is certainly not one to back off from a technical descent. Its big wheels and light-weight scandium frame give this bike traction and comfort that will leave you breathless at the end of the day.Demo bikes are $45 per day and if you decide that you really like the feel of one of our bikes then we will deduct the rental fee from the price of your new bike.

Bicycles
We know there are a lot of great bikes to ride and a lot of bike shops looking to sell you one. All of us here have ridden a lot of different bikes and we think that we sell some of the best bikes around. Our staff has the knowledge and experience to help you find what is right for you. All bicycles sold at Missoula Bicycle Works are expertly assembled. Once assembled each bike is test ridden to ensure that they are perfectly adjusted. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty we offer one free warranty tune-up and a one year service warranty that covers any adjustment that needs to be made to the bicycle.
